For more than 38 years, Tim Creel has dedicated his life to serving both community and country. Now, he’s ready to put that experience and commitment to work as your Sheriff.

As a member of the Alabama Army National Guard, 167th Infantry out of Cullman, Tim earned the Bronze Star and the Combat Infantry Badge, while also training new troops preparing for deployment.

His law enforcement career began in 1987 as a reserve deputy in Cullman County. Since then, he has served in key leadership roles, including East Side Field Lieutenant, SWAT Team Commander, Narcotics Investigator for CNET, and CID Captain for Jackson County.

Tim Creel is committed to being a Sheriff for all the people of Cullman County.
